How to initiate returns

Send us a short email or use our contact from with the subject "notice of return or exchange" to let us know what you are returning or exchanging and your exact wishes. Please provide as much detail as you can regarding the original purchase, including your full name, the address to where we shipped the product, the email address used for the transaction and date, this will help us greatly in making this a seamless and painless procedure for everyone. We will reply with instructions on how to complete the return or exchange.

Where to send them

In most cases items will be returned or exchanged where they originated from, but please refer to our reply email for the correct instructions.

How are items to be returned?

Most items can be returned or exchanged (excluding, oils, creams, and soaps) in the way which you received them, please refer to our reply email for all of the options available to you. Items must be new, unworn, unused to be acceptable for return or exchange without exception.

Please note: all items that are accepted for a purchase refund are subject to a 20% re-stocking/handling charge. Postage/freight charges are non refundable.
